Hello! I just broke the screen on my iPhone, so I use an android phone right now. I still get messages on iMessage on my iPhone. I also have an Mac, but I don´t receive iMessage here.. I try to log in on my mac so I can receive the iMessage there, but I need to approve it with a code from my iPhone. But my iPhone is broken so I can´t get the code, and then I can´t get the messages from iMessage.

Other Apple device users will simple send texts to your phone number and the will be sent and received as SMS/MMS texts. Just as iPhones send and receive texts withany non-Apple device user.

SMS and MMS texts can be sent to and received by any cellular telephone which has appropriate texting service(s) with a cellular service provider setup for use with it.

Note that SMS texting requires a texting plan with your carrier, as does MMS. In addition, MMS requires use of your cellular data plan along with your voice and text messaging services.


Turn On Imessage Mac

iMessage, if you wish to use, will work over any internet connection - wifi or cellular. Apple does not charge anything for iMessages, so the only possible charges incurred with it are data charges for your internet connection.
